Corn, Tomato And Cheese Bake |

| Ingredients |

19 ounce can
28 ounce can

of corn, drained
diced tomatoes
olive oil
diced green or red pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
ground black pepper
sugar
dry bread crumbs
old cheddar cheese, grated

| Directions |

- In a large bowl combine corn, diced tomatoes, olive oil, green or red pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, black pepper and sugar.
- While stirring, add 1 cup dry breadcrumbs.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch pan greased with vegetable oil spray.
- Combine last ½ cup of breadcrumbs with grated cheddar cheese. Sprinkle combination over top.
- Bake in 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, then place under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve.
