        Dijon Maple Glazed Carrots



As a side dish, serves 6.
       Ingredients
2 lb
2 tbsp
3 tbsp
1 1/2 tbsp
carrots, scraped and cut into ½ inch slices on the diagonal
unsalted butter
maple syrup
Dijon mustard
       Directions
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrots slices and cook until barely tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Blend in maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Add cooked carrots, toss to coat, heat through and serve.
