ground black pepper
potatoes (prepared weight), pared and sliced ½ inch thick
Directions
Blend the first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add sliced potatoes and toss until well combined.
Transfer mixing bowl contents to a 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Roast in a 400°F oven for one hour or until fork tender. Agitate, turn potatoes every 15 minutes or so.
